Is there a dashboard that will show the conversion ratio of quotes to Sales Orders? If not, what is the possible workaround? Thank you!

Depending on what quotations you use - Opportunities or Sales Orders of type QT, you can use different ways:
In case of Sales Orders of type QT - Use Generic Inquiry to pull data from Sales orders where OrigOrderNbr is filled and OrigOrderType = “QT”
In case of Opportunities - Use Generic Inquiry to pull data too. But depending on versions you may need to join CROpportunity table or CRRelation table to find the opportunity for the sales order.
