With the retirement of Authorize.net, we want to swap out Authorize.net as the payment processor in our BigCommerce platform and in its place use Acumatica Payments. Is there a guide somewhere for this? We already are using Acumatica Payments in Acumatica. We now want to add it as the processor in BigCommerce.

For BigCommerce, we are making sure to be available by the end of this month for 25R1, 25R2, 26R1.
For Shopify, it is only 26R1.

I bet there will be updates on this during the Summit later this month. I don’t think you can go with Acumatica Payments in BigCommerce right at this moment. So it all depends on when your client is planning to go live…

I reached out to Acumatica Support, and their recommendation is to keep the payment method consistent across both BigCommerce and Acumatica to avoid any sync or settlement issues.
