Hello,

Is there a way to export a specific price attached to a price code to Shopify so that the price of an item updates when the price attached to the price code is updated?

Alternatively, is there a way to make the “RETAIL” price code populate the “default price” field as this would also solve the issue?

@brendan91 Thanks for the question. The Sales Price form is usually used for bulk pricing(Eg:when 2 items are bought then the price would X dollars, 3 items are bought then the price would be Y dollars). Since Shopify does not support bulk pricing out of the box commerce connector cannot export the prices from Sales Price form at the moment.

Are we using that form to define prices for our customer price classes, not for bulk pricing. It seems like the only place to do so?

So “default sales price” is the only field that defines prices in the out-of-the-box shopify connector?

@brendan91  Yes, that's right. Default Price from Stock Item/Non-stock Item is the only field that defines prices in the out-of-the-box Shopify connector.

Is the connector for Shopify using Generic Inquires as the data source for synchronization?  If so, could we modify the GI to pull in the sales price from ARSalePrice?

@dgodsill97 the GI(BC-PUSH-Prices and BC-PUSH-PriceClass) is used only for BigCommerce connector. Shopify connector does not support volume pricing so the prices are exported directly from Product(Stock, Non Stock, Template Items).

Yes, that’s the problem; the client is using Sales Prices and wants to send the Base Sales Price to Shopify instead of the stock item default price.  So the only solution would be to update the Stock Item on a change of the base sales price.
