Support Case Access under Basic Support Plan

Hi 

If an Acumatica ERP end user (customer) only has Basic Support, is it possible for them to raise support cases directly through the Customer Support Portal → Support → My Support Cases?

Your Var Should provide the Login for end user to submit Acumatica cases.  

Based on the support plan the response will depends from the Acumatica support team.

In addition to creating a Case on the Customer Support Portal, you can also describe your Cases in detail here (Acumatica Community) there will be many people to support you.
