Shipment "Print Label" doesn't do anything

Forum|alt.badge.img

Currently I’m facing issue in “Print Labels”. Please refer the image below:

When I click on the “Print Label” button. It gives me a message “The operation has completed” ,

but I can see this is getting printed. I mean not even in print jobs either. I think I’m missing something here.

Can anyone help me here?

Thank you.

Hi @oshadhat83 ,

Have You configured the default printer on Carrier Labels form? If not then You need to configure the Device Hub, because the labels are printed via the DeviceHub.
This link helps you to setup the Device Hub.

Print Labels

Hope, it helps!

Please check if labels are received from the carrier and attached to the packages. If no label is attached to the package the action Print Labels will do nothing.

I’m checking the sandbox environment. You are correct no labels on it. Thank you for the update.
