@pavithiran15
If you change viewPDF from true to false for one of these reports, does it show correctly?
@pavithiran15 Does the workstation have a PDF rendering software?
I’m pretty sure you still need something like Adobe Reader installed to be able to view/render PDFs.
Is this all workstations which are having the issue or just a select few/one?
I’m assuming the staging environment is on another machine and this one must have PDF software installed.
Are you using a custom font that would be installed in your staging environment but not in production?
@darylbowman custom font would just appear as normal font, I haven’t seen a custom font completely block the other report elements from printing. In the PDF export you can click Properties > Fonts to see if there are unsupported fonts being used, but usually they just appear as regular text.
@RohitRattan88 > Yes it does.
@BenjaminCrisman > We’ve tried accessing via localhost, other workstations and also multiple browsers but the issue remains.
@darylbowman > Agree with BenjaminCrisman as the reports were fine just the day before.
Anyhow, as an update, the issue was kind of resolved by rebooting the application server. However, the root cause is not evident at this point of time.
Appreciate the suggestion and inputs.
