Issue with Report Designer Changes Not Reflecting in URL

I am experiencing an issue with Report Designer. When I make changes in Report Designer, they appear in the preview tab but do not reflect in the URL.

Please note that I have saved the changes to the server with a new version and activated the version in Acumatica. My user permissions allow access to Report Designer, yet the changes still do not appear. I specifically tried modifying the dunning letter printing format in Acumatica.

Honestly, I just found the solution. When I make changes to the report, I have to save it to the server in two formats: first as .rpx, and then as .ca.rpx. I didn’t know that.

Hello,

Can you please provide more details as follows:

  1. How many Levels do your Dunning Letters have?
  1. In what section of the Dunning Letter were the changes made?

I notice the BODY of the Dunning letter could be a common place to make changes.  The BODY of the Dunning Letter is a large Iif statement that displays different text based on the Level # of the individual Dunning Letters.  Dunning Letters normally have different text depending on Level.

  1. In the Body of the Dunning Letter, for what Dunning Letter Level did you make changes?
  1. When you tested your modified Dunning letter, what Dunning Letter Level did you Test?

At least one Customer for each Level should be tested.  Testing multiple Levels of Dunning takes preparation:  First the customer needs to have past due invoices for different periods of time.  Second, each letter needs to be created, then a period of time passes before we can create the next letter.

If this information doesn’t answer your question, please Post your Dunning Settings from AR Preferences, post the full Expression for the Body of the Dunning Letters (example shown below), or export, zip and post Your Report and attach it here.  Please describe your goal:  what are the changes are you trying to make on which levels, so we can help you reach your goal.
