Is there any way to retrieve the Rejection Reason in workflow after the workflow has moved past it?

I am trying to pull a report for my client that shows all activities for Journal Entries including the workflow entries. I have already mapped in generic inquiries the audit history to GL Batch and EP Approval using the combinedkey, but I noticed the rejection in the Audit history has a GLBatch combinedkey and not a EPApproval Approval ID. This indicates that the record is only recorded in the audit history table and doesn’t have any corresponding entries in EPApproval.

Is there anywhere in the system that the rejection reason is recorded and kept after the JE has been approved or deleted? The system is version Build 24.111.0011.

 ​@brutherford I just tested on an Expense Claim and I was able to Approve it with one employee to complete step one, then reject it as the second approver with reason ‘Rejected Bro’, the reason showed in the audit.

Then I put the record on hold > Submit > Approve by first approver, then Approve by second approver  with reason ‘Second Approval’ and both are visible in the audit trail:
