Am I correct in understanding that the Inventory Transaction History screen (IN405000) does not include any history related to drop shipments? From what I can tell Invoices (from sales orders) and Receipts from drop ship POs are not showing up on this screen. Aren’t those part of the transaction history of those inventory items?

Hi @mikeho

Drop Ship information is not visible in  Transaction History but visible in Inventory Transaction Summary details

Thank you

Thanks, @manikantad18. That seems like an oversight to me; why would they be included in the Summary and not the History? I’ve created an Idea related to this if anyone cares to upvote:

The link seems to be dead. The inventory transaction details screen seems like it would show what I want but I’d need it for more than just the current posting period. I’d like to determine if there are items that we drop ship often that perhaps we should consider stocking.

Hi @remyvanneck - Access to certain areas of the community, including Ideas is restricted to those with customer or partner roles in Acumatica CRM. That is controlled by your business account attached to your user account. You don’t currently have a business account attached so you are in as a guest without the required access. If you believe you should have access, work with you business administrator to setup you access.
