GI - Screen ID reverts to 00000000 and Save button is disabled


Hi All,

The issue pertains to version 2021 R2 Build 21.212.0039.that we are using currently (planning to switch to version 2023 R2 Build 23.207.0025 next month)

After completing a GI, we are facing the same issue of the Screen ID reverting back to 00000000 and disappearing from the saved list in their respective workspace (Refer

Not only that, even the Save button for creating Filters is disabled. Because of the Screen ID reverting to 00000000, the GI is not available in the Access Rights screen. The error message reads "Sequence contains no elements”

Does this issue persist in version 2023 R2 Build 23.207.0025?

Any help/suggestion please?

Hi @ManishPatel132008 

Can you export the file and import it in any other instance, Once it is imported in another instance change the screen ID and name of the GI title.

Also Update the workspace to any other Module and confirm this.

Hello @ManishPatel132008 ,

Does this GI have a screenID on the GI configuration screen?

Please try this workaround, Maybe this will work.

On the GI configuration screen deselect the Make Visible on UI and save. and then re-selecting this so a new ScreenID is populated. After that check the issue.
