Hi there,

 

I’ve noticed that GI’s such as Customer Details (AR402000) and Invoices and Memos (AR3010PL) as well as the grid in general does not always show the icon when an attachment has been uploaded against the record.

For example, this invoice has a file uploaded against it, but the icon is simply the paper clip with no yellow square behind it.

 

However, when I filter specifically for the invoice number, the icon does show up:

 

 

There is definitely something attached:
 

 

Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Also, can you please check in differnet browser and confirm?

Hi there Manikanta, thanks for the suggestion. tThat doesn’t seem to have done anything...The yellow icon is still not showing despite there being a document attached:

  1. The Reset to Default button is greyed out after clicking it.
  1. The example record is still not showing the yellow icon.

Thank you for the suggestions also, I have tried clearing my cache as well as cookies. This has not changed the behaviour I have outlined above. 

 

I have also tried a different browser - no change to the behaviour. In neither case is the yellow square behind the paperclip icon popping up despite the record having a file attached to it.
