We have a few of our generic inquires that have disappeared on our favorites screen and we are now unable to even search for them. We now have to go to generic inquires, type in the inquiry title, and view the inquiry to get the needed information pulled up. Any advise on how to fix this or how this may have happen to begin with?

I’m just suspecting that this may cause with the Screen ID. Can you please change the GI screen ID by using Change Screen ID screen button and verify.

I don’t see an answer as to why GIs that have been on a menu suddenly disappear and have to be created with a different screen ID. it affects any business event or email template associated with that GI
Was any solution found for this? I am having the same problem and it is impractical for my business to keep updating the screen ID.
