Hello All!

I am looking to create a clickable link to a form that we have. Everything I find, I have to edit the ASPX file (We are hosted) so I don’t think I have access to that. Is there another way to add a clickable link to a form? It is a link to our website terms and conditions.

Thank You!

Hi,
[PXDBWeblink] is an attribute you can add to a field to store a URL and make it clickable.

Hello,

There is attribute [PXDBWeblink] when you set on field it becomes clickable link . This is example of my field.

public abstract class usrLogLink : BqlString.Field<usrLogLink> { }
[PXDBWeblink]
[PXUIField(DisplayName = "LogLink", Enabled = true)]
public string UsrLogLink { get; set; }

Which field would you add this? Would this be the value or format field?

Hi @bbondura,Even if you use the [PXDBWebLink] attribute for the custom field, you still need to update the ASPX control from PXTextEdit to PXLinkEdit.

Thank you all! I think I will let this change to our vendor for now.

Hi, you can also add a link to the generic inquiry that navigates you to an external site. That way you don’t need to create a field to store you link on the form. Here is a helpful source on how to store an URL on the generic inquiry: Acumatica 2021 R1: Navigate to an External URL from a Generic Inquiry - Logan Consulting

@bbondura  -
Can you share a screenshot showing roughly which part of the screen/what kind of field you want to add a clickable link to?

I think you’re probably able to achieve what you want with a minor customization, but it really depends on exactly what you’re trying to achieve since there are so many places you could mean.

I’d like to make that link, clickable on a Sales Quote. It seems to be way more difficult than it should be I think.
