All, I’ve recently take on Acumatica support at my company and was told that some time back, an Acumatica update broke the @me filter in our dashboards. Then I found this:

https://community.acumatica.com/upgrade-220/after-an-upgrade-to-acumatica-erp-2020-r2-generic-inquiries-dashboards-and-widgets-using-ownerid-and-userid-won-t-open-due-to-the-error-437

Here’s the drilldown… do I jut need to change OwnerID_description to OwnerID?

from the GI results grid

Thanks!

Hi @swartzfeger,

Yes, I think you need to change OwnerID_description to Owner.

I have gone through the “My cases ” tab in Cases (CR3060PL) screen and it’s pulling owner as expected. (refer attached screenshot)

Hope this will help!
