I have a client using Acumatica MFA with the option to only require a code on new or unknown devices only. It seems that Acumatica is requesting the code nearly every time even though they are logging in using the same computer.

Has anyone experienced this of have any suggestions?

Hello,

I have experienced a similar behaviour and found out that in my case the user was using incognito session. If I understood correctly the web browser do not send details out including  a browser identification/device identification.

I then tested running in standard session and was able to sign on with no code requests.
