I was wondering if someone knows how to fix this error.
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" Error happens when processing Order Type SC in Sales Orders. This is just in one of our tenants.

Update:
After republishing customizations and not getting anywhere, this is what my controller found.
The Financial GL periods for 2025 were not setup for this Tenant. We set up the 2025 financial periods and it works fine now.

Please check if there is any customization on the Sales Orders screen? Maybe customization is the cause of the error.

Yes we have many customizations, but I am wouldn’t know what to look for. Anything in specific to this that you can point out?

Please install Acumatica on the test environment and import the Customizations into Acumatica of this test environment.
Your error appears when processing orders related to the Sales Orders screen (SO301000), so you check Customization related to the Sales Orders screen (SO301000).
And Please talk to the creator of these Customizations, they may know how to handle it.

Yes the shipment gets created. But then the error occurs. I will try to republish all Customizations, and see.

What kind of customization you have in shipment screen,
Please check this is related to customization packages only.
