Good day, we have a client that has suddenly received an error on one of their Generic Inquiries.

On the Main GI there is an exclamation mark that states System was not able to get record count and there’s an exclamation mark in the top right corner indicating that the number of records is capped at 50,000

On one of the exisitng filters it states: The exact number of records cannot be retrieved. During export to Excel top 1000 transaction records will be exported.

See screenshot below.

The issue is related to below error

You need to check if you can optimize the Relations and quick search checbox on the result grid.

This is also related to performance issue https://www.augforums.com/forums/acumatica-generic-inquiries/system-was-not-able-to-get-record-count-warning/

Please optimize the relations and issue is related to below warning message.

Also disable the quick search checbox on some of the result grid data fields.

Hello @brettd36 ,

Did you notice this previous post by Royce where Naveen, Laura, others have suggested solutions?

The original poster solved by unpublishing/republishing (removing from site map and adding back ) but there are a few other recommendations in the thread. Good luck!

Dear Laura, I did review Royces post on Aug Forum and we tried the option of removing from the sitemap and re-adding it, but that did not help. I will review the community post above and see if we are able to get further with this. Thanks
