Blanket Order cannot be canceled, even though all child orders have already been canceled.

Hi All,

Please note that the blanket order cannot be canceled due to the issue mentioned below.

All child orders have been canceled in the system, and there are no remaining related document links.

Hi @darshanaabeyrathne63 You may need to request Acumatica on this, if you can update the status via script.

@darshanaabeyrathne63 in Acumatica, a blanket sales order cannot be canceled if it has at least one generated child order. A blanket order's status is changed to Closed when each child order has the Closed status.

Where the sytem think that user can create another new child orders.

@Manikanta Dhulipudi  Hi, Thank you for the feedback

Please note that the current sales orders are in Canceled status. How can we move these sales orders to Closed status? If we reopen the sales order, there is an option to Complete the order, but this leads to a Complete status rather than a Closed status. Reopening sales orders may cause issues with reports and dashboards.

Is there any option to cancel the associated blanket order in this case?
