When entering a A/P bill only one company shows up to select from

I have a client that is on 24R1. They setup their companies without branches. However, when they go to enter a A/P bill under the details section only one company is showing up to select from. See below. There is no company restriction setup. Can someone help me to try to figure this out?

In each company setup, check the Access Role.  It might not be assigned.  Then in each user role with a company access, be sure it has permissions to create and/or edit bills.

@fpantelidakis07 are there any branch type security roles set up?

No there is no Access roles configured or setup.

@fpantelidakis07 i would recommend submitting a ticket to acumatica support so they can log in and troubleshoot the issue.  the only other thing I could think of is access rights by role but it sounds like that might not be set up
