One of our clients has reported that they have been unable to add a new line to the Compensation tab to establish a new pay rate their employees.
We are able to search, find and select the pay type, but when doing so, it appears as though the pay type code doesn’t validate. By this I mean that neither the pay type description, nor the available Unit of Pay options populate on the line.
Has anyone run into this in the past?
