Hi Everyone

 

Do anyone know that any HR management software can intergrade with accumatica system?

Is Accumatica software can have HR Management software system like update training record , onboarding report , appraisal and etc related with HR .

HI @erin 

Not sure how robust you would like the software, but you can use the Employee record and keep attributes on there and Notes. 

As @mikedavidson07  stated there are many software options that integrate with Acumatica. Here is the link to the Marketplace to check it out:

Acumatica has a lot of HR information already in the system and with the ability to add attributes to track additional information most of what you need is there.

the only thing you will not have with an external system is:

  1. Applicant tracking
  2. employee self service

Thanks for your reply.

Currently, in our Acumatica for HR information is only “ Organization- Employee” for us to enter employee’s particular like database, what we referring to is like training record, appraisal , leave and attendance . Not sure if these function can be in acumatica platform as well?

As one of concern for Workforce GO , it is cater for US rule and policy , example for payroll , that is not cater for other country with different payroll policy .

Circling back to Erin’s original question, BizRun is a full HR/ HCM suite that’s integrated with Acumatica ERP + Payroll. It offers onboarding (with task lists and electronic document signatures), tracks certifications and training, has an interactive org chart, can route requests to supervisors for approvals, has robust timekeeping, PTO, compensation management, and performance management.
