Security Email Notifications for Payment Details

MYOB Acumatica has out-of-the-box email notifications for actions like modifying Supplier/Employee payment details, email addresses etc.

These emails are sent to the Security Contact Email, and sometimes also the Employee’s email.

We used to be able to modify these and add additional email address etc.
I can’t seem to find them as Email Templates or Business Events, so I’m wondering if they have been hidden at a system level by MYOB?

Anyone know where to find them now?

  • Yes, these have effectively been hidden at a system level
  • That’s why you can’t see or edit them under Email Templates or Business Events anymore.
  • The only supported way to adjust who gets them is via Security Preferences → Security Contact Email (with multiple addresses separated by “;”)

Thanks ​@salmanrahman for confirming these events have been hidden.

I will advise our client that we cannot control/diversify who receives each type of email notification using those events, they must all go to the email/s in the Security Contact Email.
