How is AMBomOper.UsrOverheadCost calculated?

I am doing some reporting on our manufacturing costs, specifically overhead and I can’t find any definition how AMBomOper.UsrOverheadCost is being calculated? I am having to go to other table to derive the data calc I need. Our VAR wrote the initial report using AMBomOper.UsrOverheadCost. But it doesn’t match what we intended for reporting even though the actual product overhead cost is correct.
