Has anyone else experienced issues with labor recording since the 25R1 patch was deployed on 11/5?

We use Acumatica’s mobile app for our shop floor employees to record labor time on production orders. Since the update, we’ve been unable to record any labor time. When attempting to access Manufacturing Clock Entry on the app, we receive the following error message:

“Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”

We’ve been in contact with our VAR, who has escalated the issue to Acumatica support, but we’re now into day two without the ability to record production labor.

If anyone else is encountering the same issue or has found a workaround, please share.

Good news — our team is once again able to use the Clock Entry feature in the app this morning, and production order labor cost tracking appears to be back to normal.

A big thank you to our friends at Aktion and Acumatica for getting this critical issue resolved. We truly appreciate your response and support.

@peter92 - I see you have a case opened. Our development team is looking at this. This may be caused by a customization, but we are still investigating. Thank you and we will have an answer for you very soon.

Looks like Acumatica has provided a fix we’re about to deploy in the next 30 minutes or so.   We’ll let you know how it goes once we have an opportunity to test it.
