I have a client who wants a simple modification to the PO receipts workflow where upon successful release of the PO Receipt, they want the system to automatically print the PO Receipt form.

Has anyone been successful in adding an “Auto Run” modification to RT workflow?  Based on what I see, we can only duplicate the Print Receipt on the toolbar after the receipt is released.

Best to have a business event and use DEVICE HUB so that you can select the printer it prints to, as otherwise no way to get the printer for the user who added it.  But you need a process for the business event to use like there is Print Purchase Orders so there isn't one for receipts.  Maybe see if you can add this to this process screen in the customization.

Or maybe use business events to rather email the receipt and then they can print it wherever they want.   Or if your printer has a email to print function you can email it to the printer.
