We are happy to announce a redesigned version of our esignature plugin based on the feedback from Summit. We have decoupled the esignature popup from WikiFileMaintenance and injected it into Entity entry screens, where it can be accessed via a menu entry, see here Sales Quotes for example.

Currently we support Sales Orders (SO, TR), Sales Quotes (D), Project Quotes (P), Invoices (INV), Change Requests, and Change Orders, but we can adjust this according to your needs. Our plugin converts the Entity record to a PDF and attaches it to the esignature envelope (see Documents below). The user can add an arbitrary number of predefined templates requiring signing to the envelope (see Templates below). All documents are handled as one request. The plugin adds the signature positions automatically at default positions, which can be overridden in the account settings. The signed files are added during download to the Files section of the corresponding Entity record. For Change Requests and Change Orders we have added the special recipients types Contractor and Owner.

Reusable templates can be configured in dedicated Templates screen. Templates can be sent independently from a converted PDF. Fillable fields can be added to templates in the form of tags. Supported tags are Signature, Text, Initials, Checkbox, Date, Attachment, Hyperlink, and Enumeration. The following example show a PDF with a checkbox and a signature.

The plugin uses its own database tables and namespace and can therefore be installed next to existing plugins.
