Hello guys, i am trying to import customers through import scenario and i am getting the following error “

Please confirm if you want to update current customer settings with the customer class defaults. Otherwise, original settings will be preserved”

please help me how to solve this error. thanks

You need to add a <Dialog Answer> line to the import scenario mapping. 
Like this:

Hi @alis21 

it is easy for any one to help if you share xml report ?

if you are trying to change the customer class of existing customer then you need add a dialog box in the import scenario.

Example for reference

Basically the system will open a dialog box when you tried to change the Item or Post classes to confirm

Hi @alis21 looks like you need a dialog answer on your mapping. The same pop up message comes up when you manually change an existing customer’s customer class. Try this:
