Is there a way to bulk download saved PDF invoices?

Are you looking at saved AP Bill PDF files (i.e. from Document Recognition)? In this case, @DavidEichner has it right.  We had to do something similar to assist a customer extract other attachments from their system earlier this year.

Or AR invoices that have been printed?  If you need to mass print AR Invoices, you can use the Print/Email AR Documents to generate the PDFs on demand, but this would be a reprint and not the “original” file that may have been emailed.

Not that I’m aware of.  You could look at a customization or add a product suggestion on the community site.

My approach would be to use cURL to download the PDF file. This requires knowing the web path on the server.

Here is an example of using cURL to download a file.

https://gitlab.com/scriptbasic/sb-dev-win32/-/blob/69a97b8e63b2f300aa386db821fba8031fa5f34f/examples/curl/curl_wget.sb

History:

We used this file as a code challenge to sort all the words used and the number of times used.

ScriptBasic's associative array and SPLITA() function really shined in this challenge.

@geoffatsource

You can give @JSpikowski approach a shot to see how it works for you. If you look for a handy tool, we have developed a customization package for this eaxct reason that works on AR, AP and Expenses. You set some parameters and the qualifying documents are downloaded in a zip file with a couple of naming convention and sorting and grouping.
