The change request cannot be added to a change order because not all the project budget key attributes are specified on the Estimation tab (Revenue Task, Revenue Account Group) and the Markups tab (Account Group, Project Task) of the change request.

@Mondeddula Madhu Venkat Reddy Did you find an answer to this? I am running into the same error and it is requiring me to enter a Revenue Task and Account Group on each line in order to create a Change Order.

Just seeing if anyone has had a response on this one as I now have the same issue.

Have identified that if any of these fields are missing the errors start to appear 

I don’t believe I ever figured it out.
