Hello -

We have a pretty basic PO Approval process set up. Anything over $XXXXXX. This works well. I would like to add a step that sends a notification to the PO Creator that it was approved.

Below is our rule as it sits today.

I would suggest that you create a GI that is based on the Approval tab of the Purchase Order.  Make sure that you include the PO Creator and email address in the GI.  Limit the GI to only open POs.

Then create a business event that sends an email to the creator when a record is inserted.

Thanks for the idea. I was hoping there might be a way in the rule set. This would work as well. I will test. it out.
