Multiple Tenants

Based on the attachment provided, the "Select," "Prime," and "Enterprise" modules allow for a maximum of 5 additional tenants to be included. Given that we have 14 tenants, it seems we exceed the allowable number for any of these modules.

Could you please confirm if there is any flexibility or exception that would allow us to include all 14 tenants in a single quotation under one of these modules ("Select," "Prime," or "Enterprise")? Alternatively, we would appreciate any guidance on the best approach to accommodate all 14 tenants within the current framework.

Hello,

Each subscription includes a base number of production (licensed) tenants.  Check with your partner or account manager, but we’ve purchased multiple add-on packs of tenants for our clients before (and at different times).

So if your base subscription (i.e. Enterprise) comes with 5 tenants and you need 14 tenants, you could purchase 2 additional packs of 5 (bringing you up to 15 total tenants) or 1 pack of 5 and 4 single additional tenants to get to 14.

Typically, with the way the bundled ones are sold, the 5 pack is very close in price to 4x the single pack.

You can also have test tenants in addition to your licensed tenants, but those are for non-productions use (i.e. testing, training, etc.).
