Mobile work spaces not displaying according to settings.


Sales order work space not appearing on the mobile App, what could the problem be?

Does the user has access to the screens within the work space?

Yes has access rights.

Other thoughts:

Can any other user, like the admin user, see that workspace?

Are there any screens in that workspace?

Have you tried clicking the Reset to Default Mobile Workspaces button?

Are there any screens in that workspace? Yes, there are several screens

Have you tried clicking the Reset to Default Mobile Workspaces button? Yes, it was but still ‘sales order’ doesn’t appear.
