We can add new tax id’s in Acumatica. I have created “Manual Tax ID” and attached few screenshots for your reference.

May i know what mean of “default out put group” as below red box?

You can select the “Gropu Type” = OutPut and Reporting GroupType =”Default Output Group” this settin gis for a withholding tax (a tax that has Withholding selected in the Tax Type box on the Tax Settings tab).
You can get more details in the below help document.
You have to create group types by working on creating tax reporting setup first.
Click on Group Details
This allows to connect the tax id with reporting groups with the tax agency.
Once you setup the tax id and select the tax agency, the reporting group based on the above setup is visible.
