Could you please share the Import scenario.

 ensure the payment date is correctly entered and that the import scenario is configured to handle dates appropriately.

Hello @sanjanaperera94 ,

Could you please try one more time? After receiving the error message, open Tools (in the top right corner) → Trace and make screenshots of the Exceptions text. This may help you understand why it’s happening.

Hello @sanjanaperera94 ,

Are you sure you're not missing any values for the "Payment Date" (MatchingPaymentDate) or "Tran. Date" (TranDate) fields?
Could you also share the structure of the import scenario you're using?

This incident only happened to one bank, and other banks can do bank reconciliations. Furthermore, there is no column to enter payment date data.

See the screenshot below,

@sanjanaperera94 ,
Tran. Date is enough, could you show the value inside Tran. Date column?
In addition, as I suggested earlier, and as @Manikanta Dhulipudi also suggested, please share the import scenario structure.
