Hi there
My company is looking into offering payment plans for large sales to our customers. For example, a customer may wish to pay off a $10,000 sale over twelves months.
Is there a way to set this up so they are invoiced $833.33 each month for 12 months? Preferably under the same invoice number.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there
When I attempt to use this I am not prompted with the Installments Settings. I have gone through the Enable/Disable Features and I do not see anything corresponding to this.
Is there a setting I may have missed somewhere?

What release/build of Acumatica are you on? Do you have full access rights to that screen? It may be so that Access Rights to that section are removed for your user. I can’t find any feature controlling either the Installments are allowed or not.
