Good day 

We run the company by using calendar years (For management accounts purposes), however the reporting on the budgeting side only allows for financial years, my question is, is there a way to use Calendar years when creating and reporting on the budget function?

Acumatica reporting is based on Financial calendar that can be based on calendar year or customized to your liking: May 1 to April 30, for example, is a non-calendar year Financial calendar.  The budgets will work off of the this Financial calendar setup.

Acumatica also has Multiple Calendar Support which permits the use of different Financial calendars: calendar financial year and May1 to April 30 financial year can be setup in the same tenant, BUT these calendars will apply to DIFFERENT companies within the tenant. So, in theory, you can create a company just for budgeting purposes, but performance to budget would have to be manual as there would be no transactions in the Budget company.
