Hello,

 

How can I change the account under details under Bills and Adjustments?

@roxanaperez has the transaction been released already? if so, you could reclassify the transaction as long as it’s the same period.  it wouldn’t update on the actual bill but financially it would post to the correct account.

the alternative would be to reverse and reenter

Because it looks like the bill is released and was entered against the wrong AP account (not the wrong expense account) I’d recommend ​@iqraharrison’s method of reversing and reentering.  The Reclassify option only works for the expense side of things and doing manual journal entries to fix the AP accounts (control accounts) will cause issues between your GL and Subledger when you go to pay this item.
