Bank feed only retrieves 1 month bank

Hi everyone,

Testing bank feeds for the first time. Connected to a real bank account with years of history. After running Retrieve Bank Feed Transactions, it only goes one month back from current date. Does anyone know if possible to go back further?

The Import Transactions From field was originally 1/1/2024. It updates every time process is run.

Thanks ​@SvetlanaKirina79. I figured that user who did the retrieval used Import Bank Transactions screen which has a beginning and end date, limiting the results. I deleted the imports they did and used Retrieve Bank Feed Transactions, which worked as expected.

    Hello! If you created the connection after 18th September 2024, then 730 days of transactions history should be available (you may see them using Load Transactions in Test Mode option on Bank Feeds (CA205500) form), otherwise only 90 days of history would be available. If connection was created earlier, then you can Disconnect it and Connect again.

    However system will not create any bank transactions prior to Import Transactions From date.
