Does anyone know why the Bank Field Import date isn’t adjustable after you setup? For some reason our bank feed only pulls data as an example from 11/22/24.

I like to do daily bank reconciliations but for some reason I can’t edit and pull in posted transactions from 11/23 to 11/25.

For one other account, it can’t seem to get past 10/31/24 and I can’t edit.

See below.

Hello @stoner7matt

The “Import Transactions From” date is set based on the latest transactions that have been imported for the specified Cash Account on the “Import Bank Transactions” screen. If this date is required to be taken back, the existing transactions must be deleted from the “Import Bank Transactions” screen

Kind Regards,

Amaan

So you are saying that I need to delete the import bank transactions record and re-try to import? (1st image)

As an example, I have posted transactions now on 12/2 and its unable to pull those in. See screenshot 2. (2nd image)

Any idea why the posted transactions from 12/2 wouldn’t show up? How would I get rid of the lag in the bank retrieval?

I believe I am having the same issue as you.  I imported transactions through Import Bank Transactions from Nov. 1 to Nov. 26, processed those transactions in Import Bank transactions, and then matched and processed the transactions.  Now, when I try to import additional transactions from Nov. 26 to Nov. 30, the Import Bank Transactions page will not bring in any bank transactions from November 26th to 30th….it just reverts to show the transactions up to Nov 26th...ie the last import, and nothing else.

Would love if someone from Acumatica could explain why this is happening, and how to fix?  The response above is not clear and does not explain why this is occurring if you try to process transactions daily or weekly vs. monthly.

MX and Plain feeds both work fine and connected and even our Acumatica Partner is confused.

Hi There,

The main point as to how the bank feed import transaction field works is that,

once you perform the importation of the transaction (for a particular cash account), this imported (last imported) date will get updated to the individual bank feed account's ‘Import Transactions from’ date field. From this point onward the system will only retrieve the incremental bank feed data.

So in case if there is a requirement to import previous transactions, then you have one of below option.

  1. Delete the imported transactions (until the required date) and proceed with re-importing. Please take necessary steps, if the already imported transactions have got processed.
  2. Alternatively, import the transaction through file (through a bank statement file) - until this date (note that selecting date is critical) and  proceed with processing it manually.

In @Newcrest’s case, there could be a lag in data populating to the bank feed. In this case, try to load the transactions in test mode and see if it populates the transactions that you are looking for and verify the transaction flow.

If the transaction is available in the test mode and if it is not getting retrieved means then there could be an issue. Please report this issue, if you still require assistance.

Thank you,
