I tried to implement a custom checkbox - I added it to the page, but for some reason, after changing the invoice status, this checkbox becomes inactive. May be somebode can help me resolve this issue. I need this check box active with any status

Status of the invoice was changed from Balanced to Open and it doesn’t active

Hi @AndrewMuzalov I wonder if you have to modify the workflow to keep the field active.

Hi, @AndrewMuzalov  I don’t see any issue with the DAC field declaration and it should work.

Have you used this field anywhere in your customizations? OR in the Workflows?

No, I don't use it anywhere else. Added this field - created a new invoice, changed the status and can no longer do anything with the checkbox, it is no longer active

Hi @AndrewMuzalov .

I think your issue is similar to the one below.  Once the document is released, all of the fields on the document become non-editable.

Also you might check out this blog https://asiablog.acumatica.com/2021/10/enable-customization-fields-when-document-is-completed.html by @Naveen Boga .

Hope this helps.

May be somebody can help with workflow - it helps me but only for Balanced status with open/close statuses it still don’t works. May be I do something wrong.

I added new workflow:

And added rule for all states that I need, but my field still is disabled(
