When someone connects Twillio or Amazon SMS services to Acumatica, is there an option for internal employees or external customers to opt in or opt out of Text Messages via the system? Like if someone used it for Field Service to text their Technicians they have an appointment and used it to text their customers that the Tech is on the way, is there a place in Acumatica to indicate that they opt out of text or opt in to text and if someone tries to text them, it won't go through if they opted out?
