The PO receipt screen used to show the $ of the receipt so our purchaser could verify both $ and qty. Now only the qty is there. Why was the $ removed and can it be included again?

The Unit Cost field is still there and you can add it back using the “gear” icon (used to be the column configurator button). I think Acumatica “hid” the cost buttons from the default view for the receivers as many receivers just need to verify quantity, but I can’t say for sure.
Yes, thank you. We do have and use the unit cost and extended cost fields, but there is not total for these columns, and with multiple line PO’s it makes it cumbersome to verify the $’s match. It was just much easier at a glance to see a total $ of the PO.
In the modern UI its pretty easy, after selecting the UI configuration
- Go to Document Summary
- Add the Total Cost
- Apply changes
In the Classic UI its a bit more complex.
You need to add a customisation package for the screen (PO302000) and then
- Select the column you want to add the field to
- Select Data fields
- Select All, as total cost is now hidden by default
- Add by checking the Used box
- This will add the Total Cost to the column
Save and Publish your project

+7In Classic UI, You need to work on the customizations however Modern UI gives the ability to bring the data field back,
