We are only 4 months new to Acumatica.  We are looking to implement mobile devices for Shipping / Delivery confirmations… Im looking for device suggestions.

Hi Julie,

I would recommend Zebra, especially the ruggedized devices. It needs to be Android-based, not the earlier Windows CE-based devices. 

If you have distinct personnel and stations for picking and packing, you can also consider using the a fixed workstation with Acumatica Pick/Pack/Ship screen and any USB barcode scanner.


(Also spoke to another large Acumatica customer - they’re using Honeywell devices)
