What is the best process of handling multiple employees on the same appointment in regard to documenting their time

@lewisad Use the Service Management Appointment Staff tab → add all employees working on that job → have each one enter actual time (either via the appointment form or the mobile app). This ensures accurate tracking for payroll, costing, utilization, and billing.

Agree with ​@smuddurthi81 you can assign all the mechanics who you want to work on the job on the Staff Tab although you dont need too this is more for use in allowing employees to see their job.

Once the time is entered in the log by employee either on the mobile app or desktop then you will get what you are after.
