I have been looking out for ways to block some days on Calendar Board, in Field Services for all the users so that the others aren’t able to make any appointments in the calendar.

Hi!
There is a functionailty from the Service Management Calendars called Staff Schedule Rules. It’s possible to create rules for unavailabilty to indicate that a specific Staff Member will not be available (for any reason: vacations, sice leaves, etc). These unavailable time periods will be displayed on the Calendar Board and on the Staff Calendar Board in red.

I have tried to enter an exception into the Calendar as follows:
But this exception is not getting reflected in the Calendar Board. What is it that I am missing?
I just entered the exception about the holiday in the work calendar thats it.
