We have a client who, in the normal course of business, takes photos of their work. In their legacy system, they have the ability to not only embed these images to their customer-facing forms, but can also annotate them with labels to briefly describe what their customers are looking at.
Has anyone encountered this requirement and if so, how did you solve it?

We are faced with a similar situation - within our appointments we have our tech take the pics as they normally would. Currently, they are unable to annotate them on location as they normally would have using our old system. Instead, we have dispatch reviewing the appointments once completed and adding notes to the images there via the desktop after the fact during post-processing of each installation.
