If i am in the sales orders invoices screen, SO303000, and i select email invoice. Where is that template coming from? My goal is to alter this and add another report to the email.

So if i wanted to alter whats happening when i click email invoice, I’ll have to make a new email template of what I want it to say and which reports are attached and change the template selected on mailing and printing.

Yes. You can do this more easily in the SO Preferences and/or Customer Class. Both screens have a Mailing & Printing tab that you can configure email templates from. Just make sure it’s associated with the Sales Order invoice.
