can product workgroup set it don’t allow to put any content or Grey in ?

Hi @pandachan48  Yes, we can do this from Customization package. Please find the steps below for your reference.

 

Add Stock Items screen and select the field, which we need to disable

 

Disable the field here

 

Product Workgroup disabled successfully

if I need to enable back to normal how can I do?

can I delete the Screen directly and publish?

Hi @pandachan48  Yes, you can do in both ways like below to become normal.

  • As you said, you can delete the Stock Items screen and do publish
  • Otherwise simply, you can make Disable = Empty and do publish, at the below Fields section.

Hi @pandachan48 

 

You can achieve this by restricting access to those columns ( Product Workgroup and Product Manager) using Access rights. 

Here are relevant steps and screenshots.

  • To locate correct sitemap node on Access rights by screen, on Stock item entry screen (IN202500) > Select Tools > Access rights
  • Expand the ‘Inventory Item’ under ‘Stock Items’ on Access rights by screen
  • Either assign ‘Revoke’ access or ‘View only’. 
  • ‘View Only’ should grey out the column
  • Revoke access should hide the column
