Hello,

        We recently upgraded to 2021R2.
On stock item screen, if click “sales price”, normally a new tab would be open.
However, some user encounter system remain still, nothing happens, no new tab open.

        How is that?
We are both using chrome. Is it some setting in Chrome that prevent the new tab open?

Hello,

It is a setting issue, Chrome prevents the new tab open.

You can do below to allow:

1,  Click menu-setting
2,  click secrutiy and privacy-----Site setting

3,  scroll down to the bottom, click “pop-ups and redirects”

4, You can keep overall don't allow, while add your site to the allow list

My guess is they don’t have access to the page that is going to be opened.

Are they able to open the Sales Prices page via the menu?

Thank you for your suggestion, but it is a setting issue.

Chrome also prompts you in the URL to the very right of the address bar when it blocks popups.

Yes, thanks. But some user might not have this kind of knowledge.
And they just claim the page does not open.😀
