When purchasing a permanent sandbox from Acumatica, will it be fine if the storage is less than production? I would think yes because that is the case for the free upgrade sandbox. Adding sandbox storage to match production adds significant cost and takes us out of our price range.

+13This might be a question to ask your Acumatica CSM. I know on the price estimating form for certain customer types you can pick a “S” transaction level sandbox with lower processing power if you have a “M” transaction level customer, since you won’t have the same volumes of transactions going on (usually). And I don’t see why you couldn’t have a snapshot without attachments in the sandbox to keep the size down.
